“Rasgad vuesto corazón, y no vuestros vestidos”: Guerra, santuario y lluvia tardìa en la profecía de Joel

Este artículo propone que el evento de la lluvia tardía o manifestación escatológica del Espíritu de Dios en la profecía de Joel necesita ser estudiado a la luz de los motivos de la guerra y el santuario/templo. En medio de estos motivos resulta fundamental la descripción agrícola, tanto de la catástrofe nacional como de su posterior extensión metafórica sobre el pueblo de Dios al final de la historia (cosecha). A través de algunos apuntes exegéticos en textos clave de Joel se busca demostrar que en el marco de los temas de la guerra y el santuario se puede comprender mejor el gran evento de la lluvia tardía en el remanente escatológico.Downloads
