Abstract

Este artículo examina la relación interdependiente entre el ministerio pastoral y la teología, sosteniendo que los pastores inherentemente funcionan como teólogos a través de sus roles en la predicación, enseñanza y reflexión teológica. El artículo discute la naturaleza esencial de la teología en el ministerio, destacando su impacto en la preparación de sermones, el trabajo misionero y la apologética. Enfatiza la necesidad de una educación teológica continua y el diálogo entre pastores y teólogos para mantener una práctica pastoral efectiva y orientada a la misión.
