El autor hace una visita a una iglesia de años de trayectoria fiel. Es la iglesia adventista de Colonia Pintos Viana, Guichón, Uruguay. Viejas memorias reviven en fotos, ambiente y sobre todo en familias que por décadas han venido disfrutando del gozo en el mensaje de la bienaventurada esperanza. Las páginas de los libros de iglesia atestiguan los 86 años de sutrayectoria feliz. Cada acto de la celebración de su fundación mostró la fe bíblica arraigada en esos creyentes que viven con corazones sinceros para Dios.
