“El concepto de lo malo en la teodicea del Cronista”—
Este artículo presenta el concepto de lo malo en la teodicea
del Cronista. Según el Cronista Dios no es el originador
del mal, a pesar de que el mal coexiste, con la
existencia de Dios en este mundo. Este tema es desarrollado
cuidadosamente en la narración de Crónicas, especialmente
con relación a la evaluación de los reyes de
Judá con respecto a su compromiso para con el templo
y sus instituciones. Uno puede decir que la teodicea del
Cronista describe el carácter de Dios como benevolente,
aunque existe el mal, absolviendo así a Dios como
el responsable del origen del mal.
