“Del manuscrito al aula: cómo la traducción bíblica ha afectado a la filosofía
de la educación adventista” – El autor efectúa una reflexión sobre
el proceso de traducción de la Biblia en castellano y la forma en que el
mismo ha afectado al sistema educativo y a la cosmovisión adventistas. El
impacto de las versiones sobre el sistema educativo es explorado a través
de cinco períodos: el tiempo de los pioneros adventistas, la premodernidad,
la modernidad, el posmaterialismo y la posmodernidad. Para ello se
seleccionan cuatro textos bíblicos (Proverbios 9:7 y 23:13; Romanos 15:14 y
Hebreos 12:10), que ilustran la influencia de las versiones en el quehacer
educacional.
